When an Exchange Can Be Requested
You may request an exchange if you receive the wrong item, the wrong size from what you ordered, or a product with a clear manufacturing issue. Requests should be made promptly after delivery so our team can review the matter while the order is still recent.
Condition for Exchange
Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags, packaging, and any included accessories. Items that show signs of perfume, makeup, alteration, ironing damage, or washing cannot be accepted for exchange.
Size Exchange Guidance
If a size exchange is approved, it is subject to stock availability in the same design. Limited-run styles such as Luxury Pret or Festive Pret may sell out quickly, so a requested replacement size may not always be available. In that case, our team will guide you toward the nearest available solution.
Items Not Eligible
Products bought on final sale, special promotion, or marked non-exchangeable in the description are not eligible unless the item delivered is incorrect or defective. Minor differences in color tone caused by display settings are not considered defects.
How to Request an Exchange
Contact our support team with your order number, the product name, and a short explanation of the issue. Clear photos help us review damaged or incorrect items faster and reduce delays in approving the exchange.
Exchange Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement order is prepared based on available stock. Zaroon reserves the right to decline an exchange if the product does not meet the conditions listed above.
